Adam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has a huge passion for overall health and wellness. Adam’s background in athletics includes soccer, track, and crossfit. He currently enjoys running, lifting, hiking, golf, and spending time exploring the outdoors.
Adam grew up in Michigan, where he found his love for training. He first created workout programs for himself to get bigger and faster to excel in sports. Zach isn’t just your regular Doctor of Physical Therapy – he’s also a seriously skilled strength coach. Dani is a Doctor of Physical Therapy whose passion is getting people back to doing what they love through rehab, prevention, and performance physical therapy. She’s a Missouri native who grew up going to the mountains since she was a kid, so to no surprise eventually made the move out to Colorado. Dani graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Nutritional Sciences. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University. Experiencing physical therapy first hand as a competitive cheerleader and soccer player, Dani has a special interest in working with youth athletes and helping them overcome injuries.
Dani has extensive experience in sports and orthopedic settings, treating post-operative individuals and recreational athletes of all ages helping them get back to the gym or on the field. Her post-graduate studies have been focused on manual therapy of the spine and extremities, diagnosis and treatment of injuries in weightlifting and return to sport field athletes, and concussion rehabilitation. In 2022, she expanded her skillset to become trained in women’s health as an internal pelvic floor clinician with a focus towards the fitness athlete, including pregnancy and postpartum. Dani believes a large majority of the populations’ aches and pains can be resolved through movement education and practice.

Ava is a Colorado native, born in raised in Aurora, CO and a University of Colorado grad. She headed out to California to pursue PT school and graduated with her doctorate in 2020. After graduating, Ava travelled all around California/Washington state as a travel PT which allowed her the ability to work with a wide variety of diagnoses including Olympic level and professional athletes.
Ava is a Colorado native, born and raised in Aurora, CO, and a graduate of the University of Colorado. She moved to California to pursue her education in physical therapy, earning her doctorate in 2020. Following her graduation, Ava worked as a travel physical therapist across California and Washington State, gaining experience with a wide range of diagnoses, including working with Olympic-level and professional athletes.
Ava is deeply committed to helping active individuals of all ages. Her primary goal is to assist her clients on their journey to recovery from injuries while staying active and training with modifications, ultimately helping them return to their preferred activities stronger and better than before.
